That was a problem at first, yeah, but I figured out eventually that everything shiny can be picked up. (It might be a good idea in future to avoid overlapping colour motives between enemies and powerups) but maybe some text onscreen on first pickup could have helped too. It is a jam game though, so I understand we're all pressed for time.

It's not clear to me what some of the powerups do, but maybe that's just me.
I guess the design of the spiky ball powerup is kinda terrible, since it's not easy to discover that you can grab it.
